Our office accepts letters of protection from reputable law offices. 

If you or some one you know was injured in car accident and are being represented by an attorney or law office, they can issue our office a letter of protection so that you can receive necessary and reasonable treatment for your injuries with our office.

You do not have to be represented by a law office or an attorney to receive treatment with our office. At Lone Star Spine and Joint we respect your choice and are here to help. We can treat you using the liability insurance of the person who caused the collision or if they do not have insurance you can use your uninsured motorist coverage or if the accident was your fault we can use your personal injury protection or medpay coverage.

If you were injured in motor vehicle collision , car accident, car crash, or car wreck and there is bodily injury coverage available on your policy or the policy of the person who was at fault you must use those coverages. Your health insurance can deny the claim and you will be stuck with the outstanding bill.

You only need a few things to get started

1. The Police report or crash report.

2. Open up a claim with the insurance and get a claim number.

3. Call and make an appointment as soon as possible after the accident.
